The New Reports

We are excited to announce the launch of the new reporting feature! This is a complete rewrite of the previous reporting system, designed to be easier and faster to use.


The main improvements include easier customization of your reports, more filtering options, selective tagging, bookmarkable reports and PDF exports.


We would love to hear your feedback before this new feature fully replaces the current reporting system. Please give it a test drive and let us know what you like and what you think could be improved!


To access the new feature, click 'Report' and select 'Use the new report feature'.


Key Features

Easier Customization

You can now pick and arrange the columns in your reports. Select columns and drag and drop the column headers to set them in the order you like.



Column Filtering

You can add more filters by clicking the plus icon. Use these filters to narrow your data by filtering on timesheet comments, task names, custom fields, and more.


Tracked Time Filter

The Tracked Time filter helps you include only rows with a minimum or maximum number of hours. This makes it easy to identify users who worked overtime or did not track enough hours.

Improved Tagging

Tagging is now more precise. Instead of tagging all rows at once, you can choose which rows to tag.

Export to PDF

You can export your reports to PDF, including any charts, for easy sharing and saving. Excel and CSV exports are, of course, still available.

Save Your Reports

All the report filters are in the URL, so you can bookmark the reports and reuse them later.
