Canceling your subscription

To cancel your subscription,

As an Admin, click on the gear icon and select Billing
Click the 'Billing Information' button and get transferred to the billing portal
In the 'Subscription' section, click on Manage followed by Cancel Subscription
On the next page, you can add some feedback on why you wish to cancel and when you want to cancel. Due to our No Refund policy, "Cancel on next renewal" is advised

Canceling the subscription during the 14-day trial period will not trigger any charges.
We have a No refund policy. Unless you were charged due to a system error, we won't be able to issue a refund. Read more about this in our Terms of Service.
