Insights display a variety of key metrics to help you gain valuable insights into your time-tracking data. Below is an overview of all metrics and their significance:
Total Time Tracked (hours)
Total time represents the aggregate hours worked by individuals, teams, or across projects, depending on the user's role. Monitoring total time helps in assessing overall productivity, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
Total Turnover
Total Turnover is the cumulative revenue generated by your organization based on the billable hours and respective rates for all projects, teams, and individuals. This metric gives you a snapshot of your company's financial performance over a specific period.
Billable vs non-billable hours
This bar chart differentiates the hours that can be invoiced to clients (billable) from those that cannot (non-billable), over time.
Billable and non-billable pie chart
The Billable and non-billable hours pie chart displays the percentage of billable versus non-billable hours worked in the timeframe. This chart allows you to quickly identify the proportion of billable hours and non-billable hours for a specific period.
Utilization Rate
The Utilization Rate Histogram displays the distribution of utilization rates for your organization. The utilization rate is calculated as the percentage of billable hours worked out of the total hours worked. This chart helps you understand how effectively your organization is utilizing its resources, and identify areas for improvement.
Highest Utilization Rate, by User
The Highest Utilization Rate chart displays the users with the highest utilization rate. These users track the most billable hours per total hours that they work.
Lowest Utilization Rate, by User
The bottom 5 users with the lowest utilization rate. These users track the most non-billable hours per total hours that they work.
Tracked Time, grouped by Project
This chart presents a visual representation of the top 5 projects with the highest amount of tracked time. This chart helps you quickly identify the projects that have the most activity and resource allocation.

Turnover, grouped by Project
This chart showcases the top 5 projects generating the highest revenue based on billable hours and rates. This visual representation allows you to quickly identify your most lucrative projects, giving you insights into the financial performance of individual projects.

Tracked Time, by Project
This histogram displays tracked time by project, showcasing the distribution of time tracked over time. Each project is represented by a different colored "stream," and the height of each stream at any point represents the amount of tracked time for that project. This graph helps you visualize changes in the tracked time for each project over time.

Approved Time, by User
This bar chart displays the total amount of time approved for each user in the timeframe.
Unapproved Time, by User
The Unapproved Time, by User chart, displays the amount of unapproved time for each user, including both pending timesheets awaiting approval and non-requested time. This chart helps you identify team members with unapproved time and take appropriate action to ensure timely and accurate billing.
